NAADA Announces New Officers For 2011-2012 (August 2011)
At its recent annual conference in Lubbock, TX the membership of the National Agricultural Alumni and Development Association elected its leadership team for the coming year.
Renee Keese, Ph.D. was elected by the membership to serve as Treasurer. She is a volunteer with Clemson University and works for BASF in Research Triangle Park, NC. Keese previously served the organization as the Secretary. In 2005, she was the recipient of the Jane Longley-Cook Volunteer Service Award. Read more...
NAADA Announces New Officers for 2010-2011 (July 2010)
At its recent annual conference in Athens, GA, the membership of the National Agricultural Alumni and Development Association elected its leadership team for the coming year. Mary Buschette, Director of Alumni & Constituent Relations for the College of Food, Agriculture and Natural Sciences at the University of Minnesota, was elected to a two-year term as President on the Board of Directors. Buschette has served the organization in a number of roles including Chair of the Strategic Planning Committee, Co-Chair of the 2009 Annual Conference and most recently as Vice President. Job and Internship Database Launched by National Agricultural Organization (April 2010)
The National Agricultural Alumni and Development Association (NAADA) recently launched an online job and internship database called the iCenter. The iCenter features nationwide opportunities for job and internships specific to the Agriculture, Natural Resources, Environmental and Life Sciences fields. The iCenter was developed to address a specific need identified by the NAADA members who work directly with students and alumni at universities and colleges. Read more...
